Authorised Representative
Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd accepts responsibility for the activities of its Representatives insofar as they are performed within the scope of the contractual agreement between the parties.
Nature of Services
ZARP Stablecoin (Pty) Ltd provides intermediary services as a juristic representative of Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd in respect of crypto assets, which are classified as a financial product under the FAIS Act.
Our services relate to the issuance and redemption of ZARP, a Rand-denominated stablecoin. ZARP does not provide financial advice. No information on this website or provided by ZARP should be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Product Information
ZARP is a crypto asset (stablecoin) pegged to the South African Rand on a 1:1 basis. It is deployed on multiple blockchain networks including Base, Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana. ZARP is not legal tender, is not issued by the South African Reserve Bank, and is not a security or investment product.
Crypto assets are volatile and carry risk, including but not limited to the risk of total loss. The value of crypto assets can fluctuate significantly. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not transact in crypto assets with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Conflict of Interest
Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd and none of its Representatives own more than 10% of issued shares directly or indirectly of any financial product provider. The FSP is not an associated company of any financial product provider, and neither the FSP nor its Representatives have earned more than 30% of total fees or commission from any one financial product provider within the past 12 months.
As the issuer of ZARP, the Company has a direct financial interest in the adoption and use of the ZARP stablecoin. This interest is disclosed to all users and does not affect the 1:1 reserve backing of the token.
The Conflict of Interest Management Policy is available for inspection on request.

Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd promotes the fair treatment of clients by integrating the guidelines and principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all business dealings. We are committed to ensuring that customers are treated with integrity and transparency at every stage of their interaction with ZARP and its services.
Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, you may lodge a complaint using the following process:
Contact ZARP directly
Email your complaint to compliance@zarpstablecoin.com with a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve the matter within 15 business days.
Escalate to the FSP
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to Inves Capital (Pty) Ltd at compliance@inv.es or by calling +27 82 941 6232.
FAIS Ombud
If your complaint remains unresolved after six weeks, or if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Ombud for Financial Service Providers:
